Have you ever wondered how the experts rank so easy on the Google search engine?
They make it look so easy however when you submit your website, it’s nowhere to be found. Are they leaving something out? The Internet Marketing Gurus are always promoting new products disclosing how much money that they make as well as their "students" that tested out their products and methods. Are they scamers or do these plans really work.
Lets look at some facts: Number 1, you always need to check out the competition and demand for a product before you get involved with trying to promote it on any search engine. Type in the product name into the search boxes and see how many websites are out there trying to rank for the same thing. This sometimes takes some research to get down to a good profitable product, website or domain name.
If there are millions of results for the product that you are trying to rank for this should clue you in that you need to find another product to rank for or you can further research that product to find other different names that are not searched for as much but is still the same product. You can use a software like the free wordtracker tool to find keyword suggestions to give you ideas to help your website rank higher in the search engine. Searches of 20,000 websites or less is a very good place to start. Also if you are designing a website you need to have a lot of content about you product, the more the better.
Have related articles, pictures, other links, and videos. These are all things that Google likes, however they don’t like affiliate links and similar websites. The first thing you should do to get a good rank is find a good product. There are all types of products like health products, exercise programs, home surveys, starting a home based business, etc.
The list goes on and on but you must remember that you have to do your home work before jumping into any internet marketing business with both feet. There are a lot of good reputable opportunities out there. To rank high you need to be patience and smart.
